Objectives: To assess the pre-test knowledge and practice scores of staff nurses, post-test pr actice effectiveness self-instructional module on score st aff nurses by comparing scores, to find association know led ge with their selected demographic variables.Methodology: A quantitative approach pre experimental one group research design was used co nduct study among 50 subjects working in pediatric wards at SKIMS convenient sampling technique. Results: Findings revealed that majority (44.0%) were age 25-30 years, Majo rity (74.3%) females. Conclusion: The findings concluded having adequate as compared pre-test, hence effective increasing an d subjects.
